USS Pennsylvania is a nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine built by General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division, Groton, CT. 

Her keel was laid 3-3-87 and she was commissioned 9-9-89.  She is 560' long with and extreme beam of 42'. Her crew is comprised of  13 officers and 140 enlisted personnel.
